Our POA, Deerwood Lakes Association, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation chartered in the State of Texas, residing in Waller County. Our Association was formed for the sole purpose of providing administration for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of residential lots, along with the common property assets, within both Deerwood Lakes and Deerwood East neighborhoods, and are solely tasked with the promotion of safety, health, and welfare of all its residents and property owners.
The Board of Directors voluntarily serve our community, and are elected to 2 year terms by the property owners, and operate in the best interest the property owners of Deerwood. The annual Maintenance Fees that we collect from every property owner in the development, and have been designated to cover all the necessary repairs, maintenance and Association operating expenses – and these are mandatory fees per our Deed Restrictions.
