Deerwood Lakes and Deerwood East are Deed Restricted Subdivisions. All property within each Section of Deerwood Lakes and Deerwood East is subject to applicable Deed Restrictions. When you purchased your property, you and all other property owners agreed to abide by the Deed Restrictions. The Deed Restrictions benefit us all by helping maintain the quality of Deerwood Lakes and Deerwood East, making the neighborhoods safer, cleaner, and more attractive places to live. Each property owner should be familiar with the Deed Restrictions and abide by them. Please take the time to read them and understand how they affect you and your property. A violation of a deed restriction can cost you money. In Deerwood, we wholeheartedly value and enforce our deed restrictions.
Deed Restriction inspections will take place the beginning of each month. Violation letters will be sent to those who have violations needing to be cured.
