Deerwood Lakes Association, Inc., is a Texas Non-Profit Corporation, and is the exclusive governing body of our Property Owners Association for both Deerwood Lakes and the Deerwood East neighborhoods. They are located east of State Highway 6, on FM 2979, just a few minutes away from both Hempstead and Navasota, Texas.
The Deerwood Lakes Association, Inc., does not serve as a property developer or act as a licensed real estate agent. All parties interested in purchasing a property in either the Deerwood Lakes or Deerwood East neighborhoods are highly encouraged to contact a local real estate professional familiar with our specific neighborhoods.
