Clubhouse

The clubhouse is currently undergoing a remodel. We will be working on the clubhouse over the next several months. Please be patient as we make our improvements. Currently, the POA Board of Directors is using the Clubhouse to hold their meetings.

Parks

Deerwood Lakes Association has designated park lands in each of our two neighborhoods.

The main park at the front of the Deerwood Lakes neighborhood is mowed, but the pavilion still needs major repairs.  Please do not enter the pavilion.  The septic system and water is not connected, and will need to be brought up to current building codes for Waller County.

Commercial playground equipment has recently been installed for our families with younger children.

Tennis Court

In the near future, we hope to be resurfacing half of the tennis court, and re-configuring it for a basketball court. Usage of the remaining half of the tennis court is TBD.

Golf Course

The developer of the subdivision never completed the golf course that was originally intended to be built. There are no plans now, or any time in the future, for it to ever be finished out as a functional golf course. There are fairways considered common areas, but are now generally overgrown with trees and brush.
